This is a modern two storey home located in the Old Dunsborough precinct with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is equipped to sleep 10 people. Located 1km/5 minutes walk from the Old Bakery and even closer to the beach, in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac.
It is fully equipped to cater for two families and your holiday comfort, only linen is required. The house is comfortably furnished with modern furniture and appliances which include an 80cm Home Theatre TV/DVD system, ten stacker CD player, microwave, washing machine and reverse cycle air conditioning.
The house is fully fenced and has a swing set/sand pit and ample room for children to play and explore the bush setting garden and feed the resident possums. A bedroom has been set up as an activity room with another TV/DVD if parents wish to have a bit of time to themselves.The staircase has gates at the top and bottom for added safety.
